How do I join Kaalp Members?
Joining is 100% free and open to everyone. Simply create an account on our store by clicking Register. You will immediately earn 200 welcome bonus points.
What are the benefits of the membership?
As a Kaalp Member, you earn points on every purchase and activity, unlock early access to collection drops, gain access to members-only sales, and can redeem points for premium gifts and discounts.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every purchase made on our website or physical stores when logged into your account. You can also earn points by completing social media actions (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and adding your birthday.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are added to your balance. We will send you an email alert 30 days before any unused points are set to expire.
Why are my points pending?
Points earned from purchases are held in a pending status for 31 days to account for potential returns or order cancellations. Once the return window passes, the points will be added to your active balance.
How do I upgrade to the next tier?
Tiers can be purchased by redeeming your points. You can purchase Tier 1 (Inner Circle) for 10,000 points, Tier 2 (Core Members) for 20,000 points, and Tier 3 (Founders) for 30,000 points. You can purchase any tier directly as long as you have the required points, and the points will be deducted from your active balance upon redemption.
Will I ever lose my tier level?
Once you purchase a tier, you will maintain that status. Your tier status is permanent, but the points used to purchase it are deducted from your balance upon redemption.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points for rewards through your account dashboard. Once redeemed, you will receive a unique coupon code to apply at checkout.
Can I use multiple rewards at once?
You can redeem points for multiple items. However, during checkout, you can apply exactly one discount coupon code per transaction.
Can I earn and redeem points in physical stores?
Yes! Simply provide the email address linked to your Kaalp Members account when completing a purchase at any of our official stores to earn points or apply eligible rewards.
What are the official program terms?
By participating in Kaalp Members, you agree to our Terms of Service. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to validation checks. Kaalp Studios reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
