We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, holidays, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We do not have a return option, we only offer exchanges and store credit. You can return the product and claim store credits which will be valid for 120 days.

• Items marked as final sale or purchased during certain promotions may not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
• To initiate an exchange or store credit claim, contact us at info@kaalp.in with your order number and reason.
• For exchanges, we will check the product we have received for any damages. If it passes inspection, the exchange will be processed and valid, or else it won't be valid.
• Shipping costs may apply unless it is due to our error or a defective product.

All website content, product designs, branding, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Kaalp Studios. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaalp Studios and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
